This Privacy Policy covers information we collect from users, including but not limited to attendees and event planners, and visitors of our Website and associated mobile applications (together referred to as “Application”) . By accessing the Application and/or using any of the Services (together referred to as “Platform”), or otherwise agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are consenting to the collection, use, disclosure and other handling of your personal information as described below.

You further agree to the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and any documents incorporated by reference, whether you are registered with the Platform as an Event Planner or simply logon as an attendee. It is essential that you agree to the way we collect and process personal information collected on the Platform before you start to use the Platform.

Our Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how we may collect information from you, how we may distribute your information to others, and how you can limit our sharing of your information.

Computer Architechs International Corporation (“CAI”, "us", "we", or "our") operates the Platform and will be the “controller”, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR.

When you access the Platform or communicate with us, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us certain information that helps facilitate your use of the Platform and helps us stay compliant with our Legal obligations.

Whenh Event Planners subscribe to our Platform, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that will help us to process the order. Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, company name, address, email address, phone number(s).

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect certain information that helps facilitate your use of the Platform and helps us stay compliant with our Legal obligations.

2.1 Non-Personal Information

We may additionally collect and track Non-Personal Information about your use of the Platform including but not limited to the domain name, how much time you have spent on our service, the Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with your computer, operating system and platform, transaction history, pages viewed, information searched for or requested for and other relevant statistics. We will use this information for the purposes of improving the performance and operations of our Platform. If you send us a message, this message can be stored to process it, to compile statistical information, to improve our services and support, or to get in touch with you.

3. Information We Collect from Third Parties

When you access the Application of a third party or avail the services of a third party, we may collect certain information from the third-party that help us facilitate your use of the Platform and helps us stay compliant with our legal obligations. We do not control, supervise or respond to how the third parties providing your information process your personal data. In addition, any information request regarding the disclosure of your personal information to us should be directed to such third parties.

If you access our or use our Platform or its certain features through third-parties or vice-versa , we may receive information from such third parties including but not limited to your public profiles, email and friends list.

3.2 Billing Information

When an Event Planner makes a payment through our Platform, your payment information is processed by a payment processing partner. With your payment authorization, they may collect provided payment information necessary to process your payment. The associated partner may use and store information it collects through its payment processor; which is governed by its applicable terms of service and privacy policy. We may receive certain information from the associated payment processor which will help us facilitate your order/payment and your use of the Platform.

How we use the Information

We use the personally identifiable information you provided to us along with automatically collected information we receive to facilitate and optimize your use of the platform. This is conducted by us through, but not limited to customization, application development, maintaining a safe environment and compliance to our legal obligation.

1. Facilitate your use of the Platform

We use the information we collect about you to establish your information and provide services; provide customized content to you; communicate with you through email and phone, send you emails to inform you about our new products, services and offers; promotional messages and web analytics data, provide feedback to third party businesses; and take action regarding unlawful or harmful activities. You may opt out of the promotional emails anytime by intimating us of your preferences.

2. Promote and Customize the Platform

We may use your email address or phone number (if provided) to contact you regarding any changes to the Platform; system maintenance and outage issues; account issues; or otherwise to troubleshoot problems. 3. Creating a Safer Platform

We may remove content, under our own discretion, that may be illegal or we may deem as inappropriate. As a result of these actions, we may further suspend or disable your account due to violations against our preset Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy.

This does not include passing on your personal information to trusted third parties who aim to assist us in operating our Platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may disclose your information to third parties; as stated below, which helps us facilitate your use of the Platform and helps us comply with our legal obligations. The information collected namely personal information, log data, analytical information, location information and other information as stated in this policy will be retained by CAI for the period wherein the data is essential for achieving the purpose of data processing.

This privacy policy applies to our Platform. The Platform may contain links to other Websites over which we have no control over and thus not responsible for. These Websites may have their own policies regarding privacy which may be different than ours. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other Websites which you access from this Platform. Protecting the privacy of every minor is equally important to us. The Platform is not structured to attract minor children less than eighteen (18) years and you hereby acknowledge that you are above the age of eighteen (18) years while accessing the Platform.
